We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you may need a refund on fees paid for services to Mogashi Media Solutions Ltd. We try to be fair, and create a policy that is a win-win for both parties. We’ll work with you to make you satisfied with our work. However, if a refund is requested and granted, all property created by Mogashi Media Solutions Ltd including graphics, content, and code, will remain the property of Mogashi Media Solutions Ltd .

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, such as:
- Their is a 3 days grace period for 100% refund once the project has not been started.
Refund Restrictions
- Not applicable for express service clients – Where clients request the project to be started on the same day after payment is received or the following day.
- Not applicable for any delays out of our control.
- Not applicable once website is completed.
- Not applicable once graphic design has started and is completed.
